JASS FLEET Regulatory Compliance

JASS FLEET (operated by Softflex Solutions Co., Ltd.) collects information necessary to execute and optimize container transport operations. Collected data includes: full name, business email, company name, fleet size, vehicle location (GPS tracking), container numbers, seal statuses, and terminal gate-in/gate-out timestamps.
To support resilient workflows in port terminals and rural locations with weak coverage, the JASS FLEET PWA stores container seals, driver signatures, and coordinates inside the browser's IndexedDB. This data is encrypted locally and synchronized to our PHP backend via the browser's Background Sync API once network connectivity is restored.
Operations and dispatch alerts are routed to third-party endpoints (e.g. Telegram Bot APIs, Twilio SMS gateways, and SMTP mail relays) based on customer-defined configurations. We do not sell or lease your business operations or transaction logs to any third-party marketing entities.
In accordance with global data protection laws (including GDPR), subscribers and drivers can request access, modification, or erasure of their personal information. To prevent data gaps in customs audit logs, deletions of container records must undergo our two-step administrative approval queue before final removal.
