JASS FLEET Subscription & Usage Agreement

By creating a JASS FLEET account, Softflex Solutions Co., Ltd. grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our logistics software. Quotas are bound by your subscription tier: Starter Plan (up to 150 jobs per month, 10 active truck profiles), Professional Plan (unlimited jobs, up to 50 active truck profiles), and Enterprise Plan (unlimited jobs and trucks with dedicated virtual hardware).
Subscribers are strictly prohibited from decompiling, reverse engineering, or copying the decoupled PHP 8.2+ source code, PSR-4 Action patterns, and IndexedDB client-side synchronization libraries. Violations will result in the immediate termination of services and legal action.
While the PWA sync engine enables offline tracking, the ultimate transmission of logs rests on the driver entering network coverage. Softflex Solutions Co., Ltd. is not liable for demurrage costs, truck detention claims, cargo losses, or telecommunication outages that occur outside our cloud infrastructure boundaries.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Monthly plans can be terminated at the end of the billing month. Annual plans are discounted by 20% and are non-refundable, but are protected under our official Service Level Agreement (SLA).
