Privacy Policy

This privacy statement details how JASS FMS handles, stores, and logs telemetry, shift totals, client vehicle fleet identifiers, and financial logs. Because our application interfaces directly with the Enabler ITL Forecourt Controller and physical automatic tank gauges (ATG), we prioritize secure local-loop buffering. We do not store consumer payment credentials. All localized transaction logs are encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 protocols.

1. Data Storage & Security Protocols

All physical forecourt parameters are buffered locally in transient memory cache until successful POS completion codes are returned. No telemetry metrics containing client identity logs are archived indefinitely.

2. Remote Diagnostics & Auditing

To provide remote controller diagnostics, our cloud nodes capture diagnostic telemetry regarding controller serial state and line communication parameters. No customer credit cards are processed or stored on physical forecourt memory logs.
