By operating the JASS FMS software package and Enabler ITL serial bridges, you agree to comply with local wetstock retail regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your physical pump wiring, electrical loop isolators, and hazard classifications match regulatory standards. JASS FMS is licensed as control monitoring middleware; physical pump authorization commands are executed strictly under operator supervision.

1. Safety Constraints & Loop Isolation

Operators must ensure that all physical wiring configurations and electrical hazard protection devices are installed according to dispenser manufacturer criteria. JASS FMS assumes no liability for hardware-level wiring defects or signal loop interference.

2. Software Usage Constraints

The software license authorizes execution of pump lock and pump release operations solely via verified POS cashiers. Manual overrides are restricted for emergency diagnostics only.
