JASS PMS Resort & Casino ERP System Privacy Protocol
1. Scope of Privacy Protocol
This privacy policy outlines how JASS PMS processes and protects personal, operational, and financial data collected through the ERP system installed on-premises or via our secure cloud servers. As an enterprise software provider, JASS PMS processes data on behalf of the resort operator (Data Controller) and strictly complies with global data protection standards.
2. Guest Data Security & Hashing
To protect guest identity and security, all government ID numbers and checkout PINs are cryptographically hashed using SHA-256 with a unique server-side salt before being written to the MariaDB database. Plain text ID numbers and PINs are never stored in memory, logged in debugging streams, or displayed on PMS client terminals.
3. Data Collection and Retention
Operational logs, POS outlet orders, casino table logs, and guest check-in files are retained based on corporate settings and local regulatory compliance guidelines. Audit logs capturing administrative and transaction edits cannot be deleted or modified by any user level, including L1 SysAdmins, ensuring full forensic transparency.
