Enterprise Software Licensing Agreement for JASS PMS ERP
1. Licensing and Scope of Use
Subject to the payment of license fees as specified in the pricing plans, JASS PMS grants the resort/casino operator a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to execute the software on authorized local local servers or cloud instances. Use is restricted by room count and POS outlet count as defined by the active subscription plan.
2. Operator Responsibilities
The resort operator is responsible for maintaining secure network environments, local server hardware compliance, XAMPP/Apache configurations, and secure database backups. The operator must ensure that all staff members are trained to handle sensitive guest information and that supervisor overrides (voids) are strictly monitored.
3. Database Integrity & Direct Modifications
Direct database writes or schema modifications to the MariaDB tables without JASS PMS support authorization are strictly prohibited. Such modifications void the product warranty, breach the licensing agreement, and immediately release JASS PMS from any SLA uptime guarantees or data integrity liabilities.
4. Termination and Data Export
Upon termination of this licensing agreement, the operator must immediately cease execution of JASS PMS. Within 30 business days, the operator can request a complete SQL database dump of guest records, POS histories, and audit logs, after which all JASS PMS code assets must be permanently deleted from local storage.
