Engineered for Enterprise Stability & Fraud Prevention
Explore the core architectural components that make JASS QSR the most secure and reliable system in the food and beverage industry.
Multi-Tenant Database Isolation
Rigid request-level scoping ensures your commercial data, staff credentials, and sales audit ledgers are strictly isolated at the database layer. No cross-tenant data leaks are mathematically possible.
Robust Modifier & Variant Controls
Configure complex hierarchical menu matrices with multi-tier pricing, product variations (size, ice, sweetness), preparation categories, and automated upsell prompts directly inside the checkout screen.
Secure Shift-Based Register Auditing
Enforce mandatory register blind-draw counting at shift start and end. Discrepancies, payouts, and safe-drops are logged in real-time with automated supervisor email alerts to eliminate operational fraud.
Decoupled Print Queue Infrastructure
Receipt and kitchen tickets are compiled into lightweight Base64 data chunks and routed asynchronously. The cashier software continues instantly without waiting for slow mechanical printers to finish.
End-of-Day Business Ledger Lock
Close your business day to generate immutable, cryptographically sealed ledger summaries. Once closed, transaction records for that day cannot be updated or deleted, providing audit readiness for accounting compliance.
Bilingual Receipt Customization
Deliver localized receipts with customized blocks containing dual-language labels (e.g. English + Khmer), brand logos, real-time exchange rates for dynamic currency conversion, and QR codes for digital payments.
Audit-Ready Financial Ledgers
JASS QSR POS enforces state and audit-ready controls on every cashier station. Transactions completed on the terminal are logged in immutable ledger summaries, cryptographically signed, and completely isolated at database level.
Security Flow & Verification
1. Authenticated Session Scoping
Cashier signs into an active register session. Cryptographic tokens restrict database operations to the active session parameters.
2. Transaction Verification
Price calculation formulas are verified via dynamic state verification. No cashier can override or tamper prices in the cart database.
3. Ledger Finalization (EOD)
At close of business, ledger files are compiled and locked. System flags these rows as immutable, preventing retro-active alterations.
