Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to and using the JASS QSR POS platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all active store operators, managers, and staff accessing our cloud environments.

2. User Accounts & Security Limits

Tenants must secure access credentials for all employee accounts. You are fully responsible for operations executed under your workspace. Register audits and shift reconciliations must be managed in accordance with local store security rules.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to bypass multi-tenant restrictions, perform penetration testing on our servers without approval, tamper with pricing database structures, or reverse-engineer our print relay software.

4. Service Modification & Termination

JASS QSR reserves the right to modify or terminate access to our systems in cases of license non-payment, verified security violations, or fraudulent database access attempts. System upgrades are deployed out of peak hours.
