Any standard 80mm thermal receipt printer supporting ESC/POS protocols over Ethernet or Wi-Fi (such as Epson TM-T88, Star Micronics TSP100, or Xprinter models) works plug-and-play with our socket connection.
Can we import our existing customer database?
Yes, our implementation team assists with importing customer data, historical reports, and product lists from CSV or Excel files during your onboarding session.
What happens if our POS terminal tablet breaks?
Since JASS EAT runs as a web-based client, you can log in from any web browser on any device. Simply load the URL on a new laptop, tablet, or mobile phone to resume working immediately.
