By deploying JASS EAT within your dining establishments, you agree to comply with the terms and licensing conditions defined herein.
1. Software License Grant
JassSoft grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to run the JASS EAT system on active terminals matching your subscribed plan tier. Reverse engineering of our raw PHP Direct Printing Socket bridge is strictly prohibited.
2. Forced Cash Count Compliance
To maintain audit integrity, you agree not to share override keys or configure software integrations that bypass the forced blind cash drawer counts during shift handovers.
3. System Modifications
You may custom-tailor receipt layouts and print stylesheets for your business. However, any modification of core transaction database routines voids software warranties and SLA assistance.
By checking the subscription boxes or using this software, you confirm you are a registered dining enterprise with authorized operational capacity.
