Privacy & Local Visitor Data Safeguards
1. Localized Data Architecture
Unlike standard cloud-based SaaS queue systems, JASS QMS operates entirely inside your physical network infrastructure. We do not host, store, or process your visitor records or staff logs on external cloud servers. All database schemas (SQLite/MySQL), transaction logs, and ticketing records reside on your local self-hosted PHP environment.
2. Visitor Information Collected
To provide functional queue routing, the local installation processes specific tokens: arrival timestamps, queue tickets, counter handling metrics, and optional visitor names or phone numbers if custom ticket forms are created by branch administrators.
3. Printing Pipeline and Hardware Safety
The native background printing pipeline utilizes direct COM/PowerShell integration to feed printing data to thermal printers. No document content, ticket copy, or system logs are ever transmitted over external networks. Your physical receipt print outputs are compiled and rendered locally.
4. GDPR and Regulatory Compliance
Because the license purchaser acts as the sole controller of the database system, branch managers are fully responsible for setting up automated daily log cleanup scripts and processing visitor requests to delete localized transaction histories. JASS QMS provides built-in database export and prune utilities inside the Admin Control Panel to facilitate regulatory compliance.
