Software Licensing Agreements
1. Software Licensing model
JASS QMS is sold as a one-time perpetual license. It is not a subscription service. A single license grants you the right to install and operate the PHP queue application on a single physical host or intranet address. Additional branch offices or virtual instances require separate license configurations.
2. Source Code Customization and Modifications
Perpetual licenses include full access to the plain-text PHP and Javascript source code to facilitate local UI theme adjustments and hardware integration scripting. While you are allowed to customize the codebase for your specific branch, you are strictly prohibited from redistributing, repackaging, sharing, or reselling the source code to third parties.
3. Infrastructure Requirements & Support Limits
As a self-hosted application, you are solely responsible for maintaining the physical hardware, operating system updates (Windows/Linux), web server engines (Apache/Nginx/IIS), local databases, and thermal printing devices (such as Bixolon or Epson systems). JASS QMS is not liable for system dropouts caused by local power cuts, physical printing mechanism wear and tear, or configuration errors.
4. Software Warranties
Our code is provided "as is" with a guarantee that the core architecture conforms to standard PHP 8.2 configurations. Remote installation assistance and updates are provided based on the specific parameters outlined in your chosen plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise).
